Offer personal branding and interview coaching to improve confidence going for big jobs AS STANDARD for any women in the company who wants access to this, not just senior board level women so you are filling your talent pipeline up Allow women to feel empowered in all aspects of being a professional woman by giving access to specific financial advice targeted to women by women Give the environment and space for menopause to be something women can talk about with access to advice from experts in what you can do to rebalance hormones and be yourself at work again Signpost support like maternity mentoring internally or maternity leave confidence programmes so they can navigate through career squiggles and come back with peak mindset and impact Give them space and time to discuss career challenges with an impartial expert who can help them find answers within themselves to optimise their career progression First, ask your female staff what they REALLY need to excel in their careers (and listen carefully) Why should we need a day? Don't we just need action?! It's always great to see women and men celebrating the contribution and empowerment of women but it also makes me sad.
